Savory burgers with ranch, bacon, cheddar, and juicy ground chuck. Ideal for quick weeknight dinners or barbecues.

# Ingredients:

02 - 3 Tbsp sour cream
03 - 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
04 - ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Burger Assembly

06 - Hamburger buns
07 - Lettuce
08 - Tomato
09 - Mustard
10 - Mayonnaise

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined. Avoid overmixing to keep burgers tender.
02 - Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a patty. Create a small dimple in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking. Wet your hands with cold water to prevent sticking.
03 - Cook patties on a preheated grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat. Flip carefully and cook to your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer: 130-135°F for medium-rare, 140-145°F for medium, and 160°F for well-done. Let rest before serving.
04 - Place patties on hamburger buns and top with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayonnaise. Add other toppings, such as pickles or avocado, as desired. Toast buns for additional texture if preferred.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overmixing the meat to maintain tenderness.
02 - Use cold hands to shape patties for better handling.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to ensure desired doneness.
