# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups fresh diced strawberries
02 - 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
03 - 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
04 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
05 - Sea salt

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries with the Greek yogurt to form a creamy, fruity yogurt mixture.
03 - Drop the yogurt mixture into small bites or clusters onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them out. This recipe should yield about 8, 2-inch size bites.
04 - Transfer the baking sheet with the yogurt bites to the freezer and freeze them until solid, about 30 minutes.
05 - Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and add the coconut oil, if using. Melt the chocolate chips by microwaving them in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until fully melted. Let the melted chocolate sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes.
06 - Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and use a fork to dip each one completely into the melted chocolate. Place each one back onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
07 - Let the chocolate harden on the bites for a few minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh fruit for the best results.
02 - An ice cream scoop makes it easier to create bite-size portions.
03 - Freeze the yogurt bites solid before dipping them into the chocolate.
04 - Store leftovers in a refrigerator for up to 4 days or in a freezer-friendly container for up to one month.
