Wash the baby potatoes. If they are larger, slice them in half; if they are bite-sized, leave them whole.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until they are fork-tender, about 14–18 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Immediately add the melted butter, parsley, chives, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Taste and add additional salt if needed. Serve warm and enjoy.
