# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups uncooked rice
02 - 2 small heads broccoli, chopped
03 - 3 large chicken breasts
04 - 2 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp pepper
07 - 1 tsp chili powder
08 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
09 - 1 tsp onion powder
10 - 1 tsp oregano

→ Sticky Sauce

11 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
12 - 1/2 cup honey
13 - 1/4 cup rice vinegar
14 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
15 - 2 tbsp sriracha
16 - 2 tsp sesame oil
17 - 1 tsp ground ginger
18 - 2 tsp arrowroot powder mixed with 2 tbsp water (or cornstarch substitution)

→ Spicy Mayo

19 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
20 - 1 tbsp sriracha
21 - 2–3 tbsp water

# Directions:

01 - Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
02 - Chop broccoli into small florets and set aside.
03 - Slice chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook until golden and fully cooked through.
05 - Steam or sauté broccoli in the same pan or separately until tender.
06 - Whisk together sticky sauce ingredients in a bowl, pour into the skillet with chicken, and simmer until thickened.
07 - Stir together spicy mayo using mayonnaise, sriracha, and water until pourable.
08 - Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, drizzle the spicy mayo, and top with sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - Arrowroot powder can be substituted with cornstarch for the sauce.
