Prosciutto Mozzarella Basil Bites (Print Version)

Mozzarella and basil wrapped in prosciutto, drizzled with balsamic glaze. Irresistible finger food for any gathering.

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
02 - 20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
03 - 20 fresh basil leaves

→ Garnish

04 - Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

05 - Toothpicks or mini skewers

# Directions:

01 - Lay prosciutto strips on a clean surface.
02 - Layer each prosciutto strip with a basil leaf and a mini mozzarella ball at one end. Roll tightly into snug little wraps.
03 - Skewer each wrap with a toothpick or mini skewer diagonally to secure and present stylishly.
04 - Drizzle balsamic glaze over the prepared wraps just before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Add sun-dried tomato, olive, or chili oil for variation.
02 - For a vegetarian version, substitute prosciutto with grilled zucchini.
03 - Prep in advance without the glaze and store in an airtight container. Drizzle just before serving.
