# Ingredients:

01 - 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
02 - 1 tsp taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder)
03 - ½ cup roasted corn (frozen or fresh)
04 - ½ cup guacamole (avocado, lime, salt, onion)
05 - 1.5 cups lettuce (romaine or butter lettuce)
06 - ¼ cup shredded cheese (cotija, feta, or low-fat)
07 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
08 - Cilantro (optional)
09 - Lime wedge (for garnish)

# Directions:

01 - Rub chicken with taco seasoning and cook for 5–6 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
02 - Dry-sear corn in a hot skillet until golden and smoky.
03 - Mix Greek yogurt with lime juice and a pinch of cumin. Thin with water if needed.
04 - Layer lettuce in a bowl, top with sliced chicken, guacamole, corn, and shredded cheese.
05 - Drizzle yogurt sauce, sprinkle cilantro, and serve with a lime wedge.
