Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters (Print Version)

Strawberries, creamy yogurt, and chocolate form a frozen delight with balanced flavors and cool textures.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Coating

05 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
06 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

# Directions:

01 - Combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or large plate, forming 10 clusters.
03 - Place the baking sheet with the clusters in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
04 - Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-30 second intervals in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
05 - Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure an even coating. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
06 - Place the coated clusters back on the baking sheet and return to the freezer for a few minutes to solidify the chocolate. Serve frozen.

# Notes:

01 - Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
02 - Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
