Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or large plate, forming 10 clusters.

Place the baking sheet with the clusters in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours until completely solid.

Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-30 second intervals in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure an even coating. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
