# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups orzo pasta
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
04 - 2 cups broccoli florets
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 4 cups chicken broth
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Pepper to taste
10 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
02 - Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
