# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon chunks (about 1 medium watermelon)
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing any seeds. Freeze the chunks for at least 2 hours.
02 - In a blender or food processor, combine frozen watermelon chunks, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
