Tzatziki Chicken Veggie Naan Pizza (Print Version)

Bright Mediterranean flavors with chicken, veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce on crisp naan flatbread.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 naan breads
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
03 - 1 cup cucumber, grated and drained
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Olive oil for drizzling

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
03 - On a baking sheet, place the naan breads and drizzle a little olive oil over each. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes to warm them slightly.
04 - Remove from the oven and layer the shredded chicken evenly over each naan. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and then add the cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
05 - Return the naan pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Once out of the oven, generously spoon tzatziki sauce over the top of each pizza and garnish with extra dill if desired.

02 - For extra flavor, add some olives or bell peppers.
