→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
04 - 2 tsp honey
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
10 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley

# Directions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Stir in the butter mixture and cook until smooth.
04 - Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
05 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier sauce, add heavy cream or coconut milk.
02 - Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat.
03 - Serve with cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
04 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
