Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken (Print Version)

Sear chicken, glaze with hot honey, finish with crumbled feta and thyme for bold, balanced flavor in one pan.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 3 tablespoons hot honey
03 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Preheat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with a small amount of olive oil.
03 - Sear the chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
04 - Lower the heat and drizzle hot honey over the chicken. Baste with a spoon and let the honey bubble for 1–2 minutes.
05 - Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 10–12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
06 - Remove from oven, top with crumbled feta and thyme. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Let the chicken rest before serving so the juices redistribute and the feta softens into the glaze.
02 - Use an oven-safe skillet to simplify the transition from stove to oven.
03 - Adjust the heat by using more or less red pepper flakes in your hot honey.
