Bring a pot of water to boil on the stovetop. Follow the pasta instructions on the box to cook the pasta to al dente. Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool down.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, and oregano until the dressing is smooth.

Chop the provolone cheese, turkey, and salami into small bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the banana pepper rings.

Add the chopped ingredients to a very large bowl along with the pasta. Drizzle the dressing over the ingredients and toss everything together until evenly coated and mixed. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered.
