# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium ripe bananas
02 - 4 tbsp peanut butter
03 - 4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
04 - 1/4 tsp coconut oil
05 - 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
06 - Sea salt, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Divide each half into 2 parts to yield 8 banana slices. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
02 - Evenly spread peanut butter over the top of each banana slice, ensuring complete coverage. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and chopped peanuts for added texture.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until fully melted.
04 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-coated banana slices. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bananas to freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has set completely.
