07 - Parchment paper or silicone liner

# Directions:

01 - Lay out one sheet of filo and brush lightly with olive oil. Layer a second sheet on top.
02 - Place the feta block in the center of the filo. Fold edges over like a parcel and press to seal.
03 - Oven: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. Air Fryer: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden.
04 - Drizzle with warm honey, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Keep filo covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
02 - Use two filo sheets per parcel for crisp, light layers.
03 - Preheat for a crispier crust.
04 - Warm the honey slightly to enhance the aroma.
05 - Use firm Greek feta for best results.
06 - Try flavoring the honey with chili, thyme, or citrus zest for variations.
07 - Best enjoyed fresh and hot for maximum texture contrast.
