Breakfast Pizza Bacon Eggs Cheddar (Print Version)

01 - 1 ball pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
02 - 5 large eggs
03 - 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for scrambling eggs)
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
03 - Pre-bake the crust for 5–7 minutes to set the base.
04 - In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter or oil. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until just barely set.
05 - Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs. Add crumbled bacon evenly across the pizza.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
07 - Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if using, slice, and serve warm.
