Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.

Pre-bake the crust for 5–7 minutes to set the base.

In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter or oil. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until just barely set.

Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs. Add crumbled bacon evenly across the pizza.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
