Blackstone Tortellini Spinach Kielbasa (Print Version)

Cheese tortellini, tender spinach, kielbasa and peppers come together for an easy griddle meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
02 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
03 - 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into ½ inch pieces
04 - 19 ounces cooked tortellini from the refrigerated section
05 - 10 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut in half
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 5 ounces fresh spinach
08 - 8 ounces roasted red bell pepper, chopped
09 - ⅓ cup Italian dressing
10 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
11 - ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Set your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat. Drizzle and spread 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the griddle top with the back of a spatula.
02 - Add minced garlic and kielbasa sausage to the hot griddle, stirring until the meat is cooked.
03 - Add the tortellini and cherry tomatoes to the griddle. Drizzle the remaining olive oil and sprinkle the salt on top. Mix together.
04 - Add spinach, roasted red bell pepper, Italian dressing, and sprinkle the oregano. Cook until the tortellini is fully heated through and the spinach is slightly wilted.
05 - Remove the mixture from the griddle and transfer to a serving pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure the tortellini is fully cooked before adding it to the griddle.
