Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine diced bell peppers, red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.

Place the sliced kielbasa directly onto the preheated grill. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned and slightly crispy.
