# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
02 - 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
03 - 2 cups bell peppers, diced
04 - 1 cup red onion, diced
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Pepper to taste
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish
12 - Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Turn on your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
02 - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine diced bell peppers, red onion, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
04 - Place the sliced kielbasa directly onto the preheated grill. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned and slightly crispy.
05 - Push the kielbasa to one side of the grill. Add the seasoned vegetables to the other side and grill for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
06 - Add the cooked tortellini to the grill. Gently toss all ingredients together to combine flavors and heat through, roughly 2-3 minutes.
07 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed by adding more salt, pepper, or seasoning to preference.
