# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce or more to taste
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Directions:

01 - Cut the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes. Ensure uniform size for even cooking.
02 - Combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
04 - Thread marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for better air circulation. Avoid overcrowding.
05 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
06 - Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
07 - Once cooked, brush the chicken skewers generously with more Bang Bang sauce.
08 - Serve hot, garnished with parsley or sesame seeds if desired, alongside extra Bang Bang sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Use full-fat mayonnaise, low-carb sweet chili sauce, keto-friendly hot sauce, and sugar-free honey for a keto version of the dish.
