Tender chicken chunks air fried with taco seasoning for a quick, flavorful meal in minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (if needed)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
02 - Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch chunks using a cutting board and a sharp knife. Add the cubed chicken to a medium bowl.
03 - Toss the chicken with the oil and taco seasoning to fully coat. Adjust quantities based on preference and seasoning type used.
04 - Place the seasoned chicken in a preheated air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
05 - Once the chicken is done, check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a meat thermometer. Remove from the air fryer and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking times may vary based on the air fryer model. Check the chicken at 8 minutes and continue cooking as needed.
02 - Any chicken seasoning can be used as a substitute for taco seasoning.
