# Ingredients:

01 - 12 cherry tomatoes
02 - 12 fresh basil leaves
03 - 12 small mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
04 - 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 12 toothpicks or small skewers

# Directions:

01 - Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Cut a small X on the bottom of each tomato to help release steam if you choose to roast them, but they can be left raw for freshness.
02 - If your mozzarella balls are larger than a cherry tomato, cut them in half to match sizes. This ensures a balanced bite.
03 - On each toothpick or skewer, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a fresh basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat this order until all ingredients are used.
04 - Place the assembled bites on a serving platter. Drizzle them with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season lightly with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
05 - If desired, let the bites chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold or at room temperature.
