01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - 4 pita breads
07 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
08 - 1 cucumber, diced
09 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced

→ Tzatziki Sauce

10 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
11 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
12 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
13 - 1 clove garlic, minced
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

15 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/75°C).
03 - Mix Greek yogurt, feta, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
04 - Slice the cooked chicken into strips. Spread tzatziki sauce on a pita, add chicken strips, and top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Roll and serve.
