# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 lbs ground beef, 80/20 fat ratio preferred
02 - 1 large onion, diced
03 - 2 large bell peppers (green, red, or mixed), diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
06 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
09 - 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking for 5-6 minutes until softened and fragrant. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes until completely browned with no pink remaining. Drain excess fat if necessary.
04 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, coating the meat mixture for added flavor. Reduce heat to low and mix in the softened cream cheese until completely melted and creamy.
05 - Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Layer torn provolone cheese over the top, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden on top. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to enhance flavor meld.

# Notes:

01 - Choose high-fat content ground beef for a juicier result.
02 - Drain any excess oil before baking for a firmer consistency.
03 - Substitute cheddar cheese for a different flavor profile.
