Cajun Fried Corn Wingstop (Print Version)

Crunchy, spicy corn tossed with buttery Cajun flavors—ideal for parties and sharing. Ready in just 20 minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ears fresh corn, cut into thirds
02 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Fresh chopped parsley, optional for garnish
08 - Oil for frying, such as vegetable or canola oil

# Directions:

01 - Shuck the corn and cut each ear into thirds. Pat dry each piece with a paper towel.
02 - Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F.
03 - In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
04 - Carefully lower the corn pieces into the hot oil and fry for 4–5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
05 - Remove and place on a paper towel-lined tray to drain excess oil. While still hot, toss the fried corn with melted butter and Cajun spice mix until evenly coated.
06 - Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with ranch or spicy mayo.

# Notes:

01 - Use frozen mini corn cobs if fresh corn is out of season.
02 - For extra crispiness, chill corn before frying.
03 - Air fryer option: cook at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
04 - For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with vegan butter or olive oil.
